Beat Tagger is a free web-based tool that allows users to add producer tags (watermarks) to audio beat files. The Service processes audio files temporarily and provides watermarked versions for download.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Content Ownership

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have proper authorization to use all audio files you upload
  • You have the right to modify and watermark the content
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted material without authorization
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or damage our servers
  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. File Processing and Storage

Temporary Processing: All files uploaded to the Service are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted:

  • Immediately after you download the processed file, OR
  • Within 1 hour of upload if not downloaded

We do not provide file backup or recovery services. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of all files.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the watermarking service.

5.2 Service Content

All Service features, designs, logos, and content are owned by Beat Tagger and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Service content without permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific processing times or performance metrics
  • Availability of the Service at all times

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is currently $0, as the Service is free).
